Captains' Meeting
There will be a Captains' Meeting on Thursday, January 7th at Athens Country Club at 7:00 p.m. Captains are encouraged to attend. We will be going over rules and new registration procedures, but more importantly -- we'll be giving out captains' gifts!! Please make plans to attend.
Spring Adult Season set to Begin
Ironically, our "spring" adult season will begin the last week of January in order to get all of the matches in before the state championship deadlines in April. The following leagues will be offered: Men - 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5; Day Women -- 2.5, 3.0, 3.5. 4.0 Low, 4.0, and 4.5; Business Women -- 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 Low, 4.0, and 4.5. Two teams must be registered at any given level for a league to make.

USTA Georgia is accepting applications for positions on the Board of Directors for the 2011-2012 term. If you are interested in interviewing for a position as an Officer or District Director, please complete the Application for Board Consideration, which can be found at the following link: http://www.ustageorgia.com/GTA_Board_Application.doc. You will need to save the completed application to your computer, then email it to Donna Bailey, at maconten@bellsouth.net The deadline for submitting an application is January 15, 2010.
